Important Warning:
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your purchased credits, analysis history, and account details. You will not be able to recover this information once the deletion process is complete.
What will be deleted:
When processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
- Personal data (Name, Email, Profile picture).
- Digital User ID.
- Hotel scan and analysis history.
- Remaining credits in your account.
Data retained:
Please note that billing records and financial purchases are retained as an encrypted footprint for accounting and legal purposes according to the payment gateway policies (Google Play), and are not used for any other purposes.
